1. Homemade & Natural Products
   All products from Bhamma Pachadlu are homemade and prepared in small batches using traditional methods without preservatives or artificial additives. Minor variations in taste, colour, or texture are natural.

2. Product Representation
   Images shown on the website are for reference purposes only. Actual products may slightly differ due to natural ingredients and handmade preparation.

3. Orders & Availability
   Orders can be placed through the website or WhatsApp. All orders are subject to product availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.

4. Pricing & Payments
   Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders will be processed only after successful payment, where applicable.

5. Shipping & Delivery
   Orders are shipped from Hyderabad, Telangana. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services. Delays caused by third-party delivery partners are beyond our control.

6. No Return & No Refund Policy
   Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns and refunds are not accepted once the order is dispatched. Any damage or incorrect item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof.

7. Storage & Consumption Responsibility
   Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling of products as per the instructions provided. Bhamma Pachadlu is not liable for spoilage due to improper use or storage.

8. Allergy & Liability Disclaimer
   Products may contain ingredients such as peanuts, sesame, mustard seeds, garlic, and spices. Customers with allergies should check ingredients before ordering. Bhamma Pachadlu is not responsible for allergic reactions or health issues after consumption.
