  1. Perishable Products
    All Bhamma Pachadlu products are homemade food items and are perishable in nature. Hence, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

  2. No Returns Accepted
    Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, returns or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.

  3. No Refund Policy
    Refunds are not applicable for food products once the order has been shipped or delivered.

  4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
    In rare cases where a product is damaged during transit or an incorrect item is delivered, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

  5. Proof Requirement
    Requests for damaged or incorrect items must be supported with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

  6. Review & Resolution
    Once the issue is reviewed and verified by our team, an appropriate resolution such as replacement or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

  7. Storage Responsibility
    Bhamma Pachadlu is not responsible for spoilage, leakage, or quality issues caused due to improper storage, handling, or delayed consumption after delivery.

  8. Final Decision अधिकार
    All decisions regarding returns, refunds, or replacements made by Bhamma Pachadlu will be final and binding.
