All Bhamma Pachadlu products are homemade food items and are perishable in nature. Hence, we follow a strict return and refund policy. -
No Returns Accepted
Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, returns or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances. -
No Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable for food products once the order has been shipped or delivered. -
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In rare cases where a product is damaged during transit or an incorrect item is delivered, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. -
Proof Requirement
Requests for damaged or incorrect items must be supported with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification. -
Review & Resolution
Once the issue is reviewed and verified by our team, an appropriate resolution such as replacement or partial refund may be offered at our discretion. -
Storage Responsibility
Bhamma Pachadlu is not responsible for spoilage, leakage, or quality issues caused due to improper storage, handling, or delayed consumption after delivery. -
